Las verdades son sencillas
En la cultura tradicional de China, se cree por los antiguos filósofos chinos que todas las verdades son muy sencillas. La verdad se refiere a principios básicos, medidas y reglas. El primer ministro chino, Li Keqiang, mencionó esto en su Informe sobre la Labor del Gobierno entregado a la Asamblea Popular Nacional en marzo de 2015 y, posteriormente en una reunión, explicó por qué se hace hincapié en la sencillez para la racionalización del Gobierno: una buena gobernanza también debe ser sencilla. Li ha dicho: "Los funcionarios públicos deben, ante todo, tratar a las personas con el mayor respeto y nunca acosarlas con demasiada burocracia". Li cree que es una definición satisfactoria para el concepto empleado por el Gobierno chino: la simplificación de la administración y la descentralización de los poderes.

在中國傳統文化中，"大道至簡"是指大道理（基本原理、方法和規律）是極其簡單的，簡單到一兩句話就能說明白。中國總理李克強在2015年《政府工作報告》中提出"大道至簡"，在此后的一次會議中他對此作出闡釋，"簡"來源于《論語?雍也》"居敬而行簡"，"'居敬'，就是我們作為公務人員，首先要在內心敬畏人民。'行簡'就是不要用太繁多的東西來擾民。"李克強認為，這與中國政府簡政放權的理念是非常吻合的。
Great Truths Are Always Simple
Great truths are always simple, as a saying goes in traditional Chinese culture. It means that fundamental principles, approaches and guiding rules are invariably straightforward and can be explained very concisely in simple words. Chinese Premier Li Keqiang quoted this saying in his Report on the Work of the Government to the National People's Congress in March 2015. In a subsequent meeting he further elaborated on it. The concept of simplicity, he said, comes from The Analects that advocates the virtue of holding the people in high regard and streamlining governance. In other words, we as civil servants must first of all treat the people with respect, and never harass them with too much red tape. This, he said, dovetails with our efforts at streamlining governance and decentralization.
La grande vérité est toute simple
Cette phrase révèle un concept très important dans la culture traditionnelle chinoise. Ici, la vérité peut être une théorie, une méthode ou une règle. Le Premier ministre chinois, Li Keqiang, a mentionné cette phrase dans son rapport d'activité du gouvernement en 2015. Il l'a expliquée à une autre occasion en citant l'expression ? se montrer respectueux et pratiquer la simplicité ? des Entretiens de Confucius. ? Nous les fonctionnaires, a dit le Premier ministre, nous devons d'abord respecter le peuple, et nous abstenir de le gêner par des formalités administratives complexes. ? Pour Li Keqiang, cette idée répond parfaitement à la simplification de l'administration et la décentralisation des pouvoirs en Chine.

Na cultura tradicional chinesa, o ditado "as maiores verdades s?o as mais simples" expressa que grandes verdades (principios, métodos e regras) s?o sempre muito simples, simples até resumidas em uma ou duas frases bem compreensíveis. O Premier da China Li Keqiang, no Relatório de Trabalho do Governo apresentado em 2015, referiu-se ao ditado e posteriormente, repetiu-o numa outra reuni?o, detalhando ainda que o termo "simples" tem origem numa express?o no 6o Livro Yongye dos Analectos de Confúcio, segundo a qual, "deve ser sério e ter respeito a outro e agir de forma simplês". Li Keqiang reiterou que "nós, como funcionários públicos, devemos respeitar o povo e n?o perturbar sua vida com nossos trabalhos complicados". Para o premier Li Keqiang, o sentido do ditado corresponde exatamente ao conceito de simplificar a administra??o e descentralizar os poderes, conceito insistido pelo governo chinês na reforma.
大道は至りて簡(やす)し
中國の伝統文化における、「大道は至りて簡し」は大道理（基本原理、方法及び法則）は極めて簡単で、一言二言ですぐ理解できるということである。李克強総理は2015年の「政府活動報告」の中で「大道は至りて簡し」の言葉を使い、その後開かれた會議でこの言葉について説明した。「簡」は『論語 雍也編』にある「敬に居て簡を行う」からきており、「敬に居る」とは、公務員である我々は、まず心から人民を敬わなければならないということである。「簡を行う」とは、多くの煩雑な事柄で人々を困惑させてはならないということである。李克強総理は、この言葉は中國政府の「行政の簡素化と下部への権限委譲」の理念と非常に合致していると考えている。
Величайшие истины — самые простые
В произведениях традиционной китайской культуры говорят, что величайшие истины(основные принципы, методы и законы) — самые простые, даже до такой степени, что их можно объяснить одним или двумя предложениями. Премьер Госсовета КНР Ли Кэцян ?в Отчете о работе правительства? за 2015 год выдвинул данную концепцию. На п заседании он прокомментировал это предложение следующим образом: слово ?простые? происходит из фразы в классическом произведении Конфуции ?Лунь Юй?Юн Е?, которая означает, что государственные служащие должны уважать народ и не беспокоить его хлопотами. Ли Кэцян считает, что это совпадает с концепцией китайского правительства — ?Упрощение административной процедуры и передача полномочий нижестоящим инстанциям?.

Der beste Weg ist der einfachste
In der traditionellen chinesischen Kultur besteht die Auffassung, dass die beste Lehre stets zugleich der einfachste ist, das hei?t, dass Verhaltensma?regeln sich durch ihre Schlichtheit auszeichnen. Chinas Ministerpr?sident Li Keqiang hat dies im Regierungsbericht 2015 so formuliert: ?Die Umsetzung einer gro?en Theorie beginnt mit einer simplen T?tigkeit." Sp?ter hat er dies noch n?her durch ein Zitat aus den ?Gespr?chen" des Konfuzius erl?utert: ? Ju jing er xing jian" (Buch VI,3: in der Gesinnung respektvoll, in der Handlungsweise gro?zügig). ?Jujing bedeutet, dass wir als Amtstr?ger der Bev?lkerung unsere Referenz erweisen sollen. Xingjian hei?t, dass man das Volk nicht mit komplizierten Forderungen entfremdet." Li Keqiang meint, dass sich dieser Grundsatz gut auf die Verschlankung der Verwaltung und die Dezentralisierung der Regierung anwenden l?sst.
