La reforma del régimen político
El sistema socialista lleva tan solo unas cuantas décadas de implantación y evolución en China, así que lleva poco tiempo de existencia y todavía es imperfecto en comparación con los otros sistemas sociales habidos en la historia humana. El PCCh y el Gobierno chino impulsan de forma dinámica y prudente la reforma del régimen político, mantienen y perfeccionan el sistema de democracia socialista, refuerzan y completan el sistema legal socialista, reforman y perfeccionan el modo de dirección y el de gobierno del Partido Comunista, reforman y perfeccionan el mecanismo de toma de decisiones del Gobierno, propulsan la reforma del régimen administrativo, impulsan la del régimen judicial, profundizan la del sistema de cuadros y personal e intensifican el condicionamiento y la supervisión de los poderes, esforzándose por defender la estabilidad social y promover el desarrollo económico y el progreso social en todos los dominios.

社會主義制度在中國的確立和發展只有幾十年，與人類歷史上其他社會制度相比，時間還很短，還不完善。中國共產黨和中國政府積極穩妥地推進政治體制改革，堅持和完善社會主義民主制度，加強和健全社會主義法制，改革和完善中國共產黨的領導方式和執政方式，改革和完善政府決策機制，推進行政管理體制改革，推進司法體制改革，深化干部人事制度改革，加強對權力的制約和監督，努力維護社會穩定，促進經濟發展和社會全面進步。
Political structural reform
China established the socialist system only a few decades ago and has been developing it ever since. When compared with other social systems in the history of mankind, China’s present system is still very new and has yet to be further improved. To this end, the CPC and the Chinese government are carrying out active yet steady political structural reform, upholding and improving the socialist democratic system, strengthening the legal system, reforming CPC’s art of leadership and governance, and improving government’s policy-making mechanism. They are also promoting reform of the administrative system, advancing the reform of the judicial system, deepening the personnel system relating to officials, imposing stricter checks and oversight on the exercise of power, striving to safeguard social stability and pushing forward economic development and all-round social progress.
La réforme politique
Le régime socialiste s’est établi et développé en Chine depuis seulement quelques dizaines d’années. Par rapport aux autres systèmes sociaux existant dans l’histoire de l’humanité, il est encore tout récent et donc imparfait. Le Parti communiste et le gouvernement chinois travaillent à promouvoir activement et méthodiquement la réforme politique, à perfectionner la démocratie socialiste, à renforcer et perfectionner la légalité socialiste, à réformer et perfectionner la méthode de direction et le mode d’exercice du pouvoir du PCC, et à réformer et améliorer le mécanisme de décision du gouvernement. Ils poussent en avant la réforme du système de gestion administrative et celle du système judiciaire, mènent en profondeur la réforme du système de gestion des personnels et perfectionnent l’équilibre des pouvoirs et la surveillance de leur exercice, afin de préserver la stabilité sociale et promouvoir le développement économique et le progrès social sur tous les plans.

社會主義制度が中國に確立され、発展してまだ數十年に過ぎず、人類史の他の社會主義制度に比べて、時間が大変短く、しかもまだ不完全である。中國共産黨と中國政府は積極的に、徐々に以下の諸點の政治體制改革を推進している。社會主義民主制度の堅持と整備、社會主義法制の強化と健全化、中國共産黨の指導方式と執政方式、政府の政策決定システムの改革と整備、行政管理システムの改革推進、司法體制改革の推進、幹部人事制度の改革深化、権力に対する制約、監督の強化。以上諸點をもって、社會的安定の擁護に努力、経済発展と社會の全面的な進歩の促進に努力する。
