Las responsabilidades y obligaciones internacionales de China
Como país en vías de desarrollo, China asume sus responsabilidades y cometidos en los asuntos del ámbito internacional. Según se incrementa su volumen económico, el país ve un aumento correspondiente de su papel en esta esfera y está dispuesto a participar aún más en la gestión internacional, proporcionando en lo más posible productos públicos internacionales; a compartir con otros países en desarrollo las experiencias de la reducción de la pobreza, ofreciéndoles ayuda dentro de su capacidad; y a tomar las debidas responsabilidades para que la economía mundial crezca con pujanza, sostenibilidad y equilibrio. Por supuesto, China sigue siendo un país en vías de desarrollo, y, según normas internacionales, tiene todavía más de cien millones de personas que viven por debajo de la línea de pobreza. Así que aún le queda un largo y duro trecho por recorrer para alcanzar la modernización, y las responsabilidades y obligaciones que asuma deberán ajustarse solo a su propio nivel de desarrollo.

作為一個發展中大國，中國在國際事務中有自己的責任和擔當。隨著經濟體量的增大，中國在國際上發揮的作用也會相應增大。中國愿意更多參與國際治理，盡可能提供國際公共產品；與其他發展中國家分享減貧經驗，提供力所能及的幫助；為全球經濟強勁、可持續、平衡增長分擔應有的責任。當然，中國依然是一個發展中國家，按照國際標準，中國還有一億多人口生活在貧困線下。中國實現現代化還有漫長的、艱辛的路要走，中國承擔的國際責任和義務只能與自己的發展水平相適應。

A China está disposta a participar mais ativamente na governan?a dos assuntos internacionais, fornecendo o máximo possível bens públicos internacionais; compartilhar com outros países em desenvolvimento as experiências de redu??o da pobreza, prestando-lhes assistências dentro de seu alcance; e assumir as devidas responsabilidades para o maior crescimento sustentável e equilibrado da economia mundial. Evidente que a China continua a ser um país em desenvolvimento, e, de acordo com critérios internacionais, ainda há mais de cem milh?es de chineses que vivem abaixo da linha da pobreza. A China ainda tem um longo e difícil caminho a percorrer para alcan?ar a moderniza??o, raz?o pela qual, a China só pode assumir as responsabilidades e obriga??es conforme seu desenvolvimento.

Im Zuge des Wachstums wird die Volksrepublik China ihrer Wirtschaftsleistung entsprechend in der internationalen Gemeinschaft eine immer gr??ere Rolle spielen. China ist vor diesem Hintergrund bereit, sich noch st?rker am globalen Regieren zu beteiligen, der Welt nach M?glichkeit ?ffentliche Güter anzubieten, mit anderen Entwicklungsl?ndern die eigenen Erfahrungen bei der Armutsminderung zu teilen und ihnen die in seiner Kraft stehende Hilfe zu gew?hren. China wird seine Verantwortung erfüllen, ein kr?ftiges, nachhaltiges und ausgewogenes Wachstum der Weltwirtschaft zu gew?hrleisten. Dennoch ist die Volksrepublik China noch immer ein Entwicklungsland. Nach internationalen Kriterien leben in China noch immer mehr als 100 Millionen Menschen unterhalb der Armutsgrenze. Auf dem Weg der Modernisierung des Landes hat China noch einen langen und schwierigen Weg zu beschreiten. Chinas internationale Verantwortung und seine internationalen Pflichten müssen in übereinstimmung mit seinem Entwicklungsniveau stehen.

China's international responsibilities and obligations
As a major developing country, China has its share of responsibilities and roles in international affairs. As its economy expands, it will play an increasingly bigger role in the world. China is ready to take a more active part in international governance and do its best to provide international public goods, share its poverty reduction experience with and offer more assistance to fellow developing countries to the best of its ability, and make due contribution to a strong, sustainable and balanced world economy.
Of course, China is still a developing country. Over 100 million of its people live under the poverty line according to international standards. China's modernization will be a long and arduous process, and the international responsibilities and obligations it undertakes must be commensurate with the level of its development.

En tant que grand pays en voie de développement, la Chine a ses responsabilités et ses obligations dans les affaires internationales. Au fur et à mesure de la croissance de ses agrégats économiques, elle joue un r?le de plus en plus important dans le monde. La Chine est disposée à participer davantage à la gouvernance internationale, à fournir autant que possible certains produits publics internationaux, à partager ses expériences en matière de lutte contre la pauvreté avec les autres pays en voie de développement, à aider ceux-ci dans la mesure de ses capacités, et à assumer ses responsabilités pour une croissance forte, durable et équilibrée de l’économie mondiale. Cependant, la Chine reste un pays en voie de développement. Selon les critères internationaux, plus de 100 millions de Chinois vivent encore en dessous du seuil de pauvreté. La Chine a encore un long chemin à parcourir pour réaliser sa modernisation. Les responsabilités et les obligations qu’assume la Chine doivent s’adapter à son niveau de développement.

発展途上の大國として、中國は國際事情において自己の責任と約束をまっとうする。経済規模の増大につれて、中國が國際社會で果たすべき役割も増大するだろう。中國は國際ガバナンスにもっと參畫したく、可能な限り國際公共財を提供したい。他の途上國と貧困対策の経験を分かち合い、及ぶ限りの支援を提供したい。また、グローバル経済の強化、持続可能でバランスの取れた成長継続のために負擔すべき責任を分擔したい。當然、中國は依然として途上國であり、國際基準に照らすと、1億余の人口が貧困ライン以下の生活をしている。中國が現代化を実現するためにはまだ艱難辛苦に満ちた遠い道のりが待ち受けており、中國が引き受ける責任と義務は自らの発展水準に見合ったものにならざるを得ない。
Ответственность и обязательства Китая на международной арене
Будучи большой развивающейся страной, Китай в международных делах несет на себе ответственность и принимает на себя обязательства. С увеличением экономической мощи Китая, его движущая роль на международной арене соответственно усиливается. Китай хочет еще сильнее участвовать в международном регулировании, еще больше участвовать в создании международных общественных благ. Китай желает обмениваться с другими развивающимися странами опытом снижения уровня бедности, предоставлять любую возможную помощь. Китай рассчитывает разделить ответственность в деле укрепления мировой экономики, обеспечении устойчивого и сбалансированного роста. Конечно, Китай по-прежнему является развивающейся страной и в соответствии с международными стандартами, до сих пор имеет более 100 миллионов человек, живущих за чертой бедности. Китай для осуществления модернизации должен еще пройти долгий и трудный путь, поэтому он может принять на себя международные обязательства и нести ответственность только с учетом уровня своего развития.
